Xinhua Metal Products Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Jiangxi Xinhua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhua Company"), was once a domestic listed company (listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1996, stock code: 600782). Xinhua Company was founded in 1986 and was also a Sino-foreign joint venture in China's advanced technology metallurgical system.

Xinhua Company started with US$3 million. As a manufacturer of steel stranded wire products for high-strength, low-relaxation prestressed concrete, after continuous innovation and development, the production line has increased from 1 at the beginning to 13 at the beginning, with a production capacity from less than 10,000 at the beginning. Ton/year has developed to the current 500,000 tons/year, becoming a well-known domestic steel strand production enterprise with annual sales of over 2 billion yuan. With its own technical and experience advantages, Xinhua Company has participated in the formulation of a number of national and industry standards.

In May 2011, after the second phase of the steel strand expansion project, which was listed by the Jiangxi Provincial Government as one of the "10 main directions for industrial development in the province and 58 major projects leading future development", the company's steel stranding project was completed. The annual production capacity of line products reaches 300,000 tons for the first time.

In September 2011, Xinhua Company cooperated with Jiangsu Shagang Group, a famous private steel enterprise in the country, to sell 25% of its equity and introduce its Zhangjiagang Hongxinggao Line Co., Ltd. as the company's new shareholder; and acquired Shagang in June 2012. The group has 50% equity in Zhangjiagang Hongxing Metal Products Co., Ltd. with 4 imported production lines and an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons, and established Zhangjiagang Xinhua Prestressed Steel Wire Co., Ltd.

In December 2011, Xinhua Company split out its aluminum-clad steel business and spring wire business and successfully held a joint venture with Belgium BEKAERT. Xinhua Company moved to a new production plant, focusing on the production and sales of steel strand products. . The new factory covers an area of ​​about 75,000 square meters, the factory area is about 66,000 square meters, and the railway dedicated line directly reaches the company's warehouse, making the production layout more optimized and simple.

Xinhua Company has high-quality steel strand product production technology and equipment in the industry, accounting for about 15% of the domestic market share. The products are mainly used in national key infrastructure projects such as roads, railways, bridges, airports, docks, hydropower, nuclear power, liquefied natural gas storage tanks and large high-rise buildings. The famous Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Cross-Sea Bridge, Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Bay Bridge, Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Wuhan-Guangzhou Expressway, Dajing-Kowloon Railway, Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, Guangzhou New Baiyun International The airport, Macau wharf, Three Gorges Project, Ertan Hydropower Station, Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shandong Qingdao Liquefied Natural Gas Storage Tank (LNG), Guizhou National Observatory's 500-meter Diameter Spherical Radio Telescope (FAST) and other projects all use Xinhua Company's products. Products are continuously exported to the Americas, Europe and Southeast Asia.

Xinhua Company began to produce galvanized steel wire and galvanized steel strand wire products for bridge cables in 2015, which are mainly used in external suspension, cables and slings of large-span bridges, and have the characteristics of high strength, low slack and corrosion resistance. The Taiwan Tao 19 project, the external cable of Kejiadun Bridge, and the mud lake-based pole cable used Xinhua Company's non-bonded and glossy galvanized steel strands respectively.

Since its birth, Xinhua Company's customers have spread to dozens of countries and regions in the United States, Europe and Asia, and its products are used in hundreds of large-scale key projects at home and abroad.
