Brand Introduction

The white duck has a long history. Its predecessor, Huangshi Food Company, was established in 1953. It is now located on the northern shore of the beautifully landscaped Cihu Lake, adjacent to Hubei Institute of Technology. It mainly produces "White Duck" brand soft-boiled pineapple and oily salted eggs, especially the "White Duck" brand soft-boiled pineapple and its products are sold to domestic and foreign markets and are deeply loved by consumers.

After peeling off the white duck skin egg, the egg white is crystal clear and has pine flower-like crystals, emitting the unique soft and refreshing fragrance of the egg white. The egg yolk is dark green and has a malt sugar-like sauce-colored soft heart, which is smooth in the mouth and has a long aftertaste.

In 1983, Wang Layuan, the legendary director of the White Duck, pioneered the pickling process of peeled eggs without lead-free material. This pioneering technological achievement has completely changed the history of people making peeled eggs with lead-containing auxiliary materials for hundreds of years. As a result, the traditional food, which is popular among people, has been successfully labeled as a health-environmental label. Today, white duck-skinned salted eggs have become a specialty for Huangshi people to visit relatives and friends, and are also a beautiful "Yellowstone flavor business card".
