Since 1843, the Wendler Group has focused on the production of high-tech fabrics in southern Germany (more precisely in Reutlingen). The company's core business is spinned fabric for shirts and ladies' tops. Wendler lining has been a reliable partner in the shirt industry for decades. This means: always maintaining high quality, innovation, speed and on time in every market segment – ​​providing customers with solutions that combine personal advice and tailor-made.

In order to meet market demand, Wendler Group has achieved its internationalization by setting up branches and production bases around the world for many years. This makes Wendler one of the main suppliers of liners for women and men's shirts.

After shirt production was mainly transferred from Central Europe to Asia, Wendler Group established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong in 1977 to provide nearby services and enter the Asian market. In 2005, a sales company was established in Shanghai and then a production base was established in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. Due to its rapid delivery, the company plays a crucial role in its global business. At the same time, its business layout in China has been adjusted in 2020 and a new supply chain system and logistics center has been established in Nantong. Wendler Nantong is the company's supply center in China, serving all domestic and foreign markets.
