Shaanxi Wanlin Co., Ltd. was founded by Zheng Linyi and Zhou Xinhua. It was established in Xi'an in April 1994 and registered the Wanlin Cork trademark WANLIN. In 2000, the company was moved from Xi'an to the office building of Qinchuan Future Company in the eastern section of Shenguo Road, Yangling Demonstration Zone. There are two shareholders and one general manager. It has a technical quality inspection department, production and marketing department, comprehensive office and core technology biocork research institute. There are 7 R&D personnel, including 3 of our company, 2 of the Forestry College of Northwest A&F University, 2 of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Xiangtan University, and 15 employees.

According to the national innovation policy of enterprises as the main body, market-oriented, and combining production, research and learning, the company, together with Northwest A&F University, the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Xiangtan University, and Hainan Rubber Research Institute, respectively, established Wanlin Cork Application, respectively. Research Institute, Xiangda Wanlin Institute of Biological Special Functional Materials, Hainan Cork Rubber Research Office. 14 patents were obtained, 3 in the period (2 invention patents and 1 utility model). Presided over the formulation of 1 national industry standards (LY/T2560-2015).

The company is now mainly engaged in the research, development, production, supply and services of aerospace biocork thermal protection materials, coatings, cork cloth, cork leather and products, and has entered the market. Among them, the ellipsoid high-density biological cork thermal protection material GS1-1, the aerospace low-density cork composite thermal insulation material GS2, and the flat high-density biological cork thermal protection coating GS1 have all been successfully used in the launch of aerospace CZ6 and CZ5 rockets many times. The current aerospace biothermal protective coatings W1-RB200 and W1-RT1045 have been tested. The project was approved by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and is now applying for acceptance.
