Guangzhou Wanbao Group Compressor Co., Ltd. was completed and put into production in 1987. It focuses on the research and development and large-scale production of refrigerator compressors. It is a secondary enterprise under Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.
The company now has two major production bases in Guangzhou and Qingdao, two brands, Wanbao and Huaguang, with an annual production capacity of 26.5 million units, and its products have been widely recognized by global refrigerator customers. The company is a compressor supplier to large refrigerator manufacturers such as Haier, Hisense, Midea, and Meiling, and is also a global supplier to large multinational refrigerator manufacturers such as Electrolux, Whirlpool, and Bosch.
The company pursues continuous innovation in R&D and continuously launches new product platforms. It currently has a mature new series of product platforms such as S, T, Y, K, N, V, L, W, linear, and new energy vehicle compressors, with many other products. The technology has reached the international advanced level.
In recent years, the company has continued to carry out high-precision and efficient automation upgrades to its domestic production bases, strive to promote informatization construction, build digital factories and new user value streams, and is gradually moving towards intelligent manufacturing. At present, the company has equipped 17 fully automatic production lines, 7 automatic compressor assembly lines, and used more than 140 robots.
