Ube Yoshisan Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1914 on the basis of its predecessor Ube Shinkawa Iron and Steel Institute. Since 1942, it has become the machinery division of its parent company Ube Yoshisan Co., Ltd., and was separated from Ube Yoshisan Co., Ltd. in April 2000 and independently became Ube Yoshisan Machinery Co., Ltd.
