In 2019, TCL completed its asset restructuring and split it into TCL Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "TCL Technology") and TCL Industrial Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "TCL Industrial"). TCL Industrial focuses on smart terminal products and services, aiming to serve global users with all categories of smart technology products. TCL Industrial’s smart terminal business takes smart display as the core, builds AI×IoT’s full-scene smart and healthy life, driving the global development of all categories of businesses. In 2021, TCL smart screen sales volume reached 17.06 million units, ranking among the top three in the world. Among them, the sales of high-end products, quantum dot smart screens and Mini LED smart screens increased by 76.5% and 116% year-on-year respectively. Sales of terminal products such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines have grown steadily. In the future, TCL Industrial will further expand its integrated synergy advantages in the entire industrial chain, build new brand and marketing competitiveness, achieve breakthroughs in key markets, and increase the market share of smart terminal products such as smart screens.
