The predecessor of Zhejiang Tiannu Group Paint Making Co., Ltd. was the Ling'an educated youth paint factory in Tongxiang County founded in 1980. It was renamed Tongxiang Paint Making Factory in 1980. It was established in 1994. Zhejiang Tiannu Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. The company currently owns two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Tongxiang Tiannu Printing Iron Can Co., Ltd. and Jiaxing Jiatong Hazardous Chemicals Transportation Co., Ltd.
The company specializes in the research and development, production, sales and after-sales technical services of paint coatings. In 2018, it was relocated to Tongxiang Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province. The new factory covers an area of 175 mu and has a construction area of 83,108 square meters. The production process adopts a distribution control system ( DCS) and automation, sealed and pipelined production process equipment, as well as environmental protection facilities such as RTO thermal storage and incineration waste gas treatment devices imported from Italy, forming an annual output of 30,000 tons of synthetic resin and 55,000 tons of high-performance, high-solid parts, and low-VOC solvents and 65,000 tons of environmentally friendly water-based industrial coatings and building coatings production capacity.
The company produces "Tiannu" brand coil coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, light industrial coatings, railway and highway coatings, insulating coatings, floor coatings, wood coatings, automobile coatings, general coatings, other special coatings, auxiliary materials and other solvent-based coatings, as well as water-based coatings Paint and water-based architectural coatings, some products have passed CCC certification and UL certification.
The company focuses on independent innovation and actively implements industry-university-research cooperation. It has a R&D building with a building area of 3,350 square meters. It has established innovation carriers such as enterprise research institutes and high-tech R&D centers, and is committed to the research and development of environmentally friendly and resource-saving coatings.
