Shoujia Technology Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (“Shoujia Technology”; and its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”) were listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in April 1992. Shougang Group Co., Ltd., along with its major controlled corporations, NV Bekaert SA and Li Ka-shing Foundation Co., Ltd., are the major shareholders of Shoujia Technology.

Jiaxing Oriental Steel Cord Co., Ltd. (“Jiaxing Oriental”) and Tengzhou Oriental Steel Cord Co., Ltd. (“Tengzhou Oriental”) are the two major production bases of the Group in the manufacturing and sales of steel cords for radial tires.
Tengzhou Oriental Steel Cord Co., Ltd. ("Tengzhou Oriental") is a sole proprietorship invested and constructed by Shoujia Technology Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It was officially registered and established in Shandong Province on October 15, 2008 with a total investment of US$196.06 million. Tengzhou Dongfang's leading product is the skeleton material for radial tires - steel cords.
Tengzhou Dongfang is located in the Economic Development Zone of Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 350 mu. It is adjacent to Jinteng Avenue in the north, Hengyuan Road in the west, and Xiangyuan Road in the east, and mainly produces steel cords for tires. Its experimental factory was officially launched on February 18, 2009. The first phase of its development with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons has been completed and production has begun at the end of 2009. At present, all the factories have been built and the annual productivity reaches 160,000 tons. Tengzhou Oriental adopts internationally advanced metal deformation technology, advanced material technology and coating technology. Tengzhou Oriental also implements a modern enterprise management system to produce high-quality high-quality steel cords, which is expected to become the main steel cord production base in China.
Starting from 2019, the Group has launched a Tengzhou factory expansion plan, investing in the construction of new yellow silk facilities, with the goal of increasing the production capacity of an additional 100,000 tons of steel cords. The construction progress is currently ideal, and it has started production in 2020, and then gradually moves towards annual output. Target of high-quality steel cords above 300,000 tons.
