Taichong Coal Machinery Co., Ltd. is a new modern enterprise formed by Taichong Group in December 2009 based on the company's development strategy and integrating the advantageous resources of Taichong Coal Machinery Industrial Park. Its predecessor was Yuan Taiyuan. Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1924. Its leading product, coal mining machine, is a cutting-edge product in the industry.
In 1984, the company introduced British coal mining machine technology to develop hydraulic traction mining machine; in 1997, it cooperated with Yanzhou Coal Group to develop a 3300V electric traction coal mining machine; in 2005, it successfully developed a high-power 1800 kilowatt electric traction coal mining machine; in 2007, it was Longkou Coal and Electricity Company has developed an oil shale mining machine. Among them, the 1800 kW electric traction coal miner set a record of 970,000 tons of top coal mining in the Anjialing Well 1 Industrial and Mining of Pingshuo Coal Industry Company of China Coal Group in 2007. In 2008, it was Changhan in Jinfeng Coal Company of Shenhua Group. The ditch mine set a record of full-height mining with a monthly output of 1.18 million tons and an annual output of 10.15 million tons, and was listed as a "key new product" by four national ministries and commissions.
