Yihuatong is an advanced fuel cell system manufacturer in China. It has the ability to design, develop and manufacture fuel cell systems including core components fuel cell stacks. Yihuatong's products are mainly aimed at commercial applications (such as passenger cars and trucks).

Yihuatong was founded in 2012 and is a pioneer in the research and development and industrialization of fuel cell systems in China, and began mass production in 2016. According to the Zhushi Consulting Report, Yihuatong is the earliest company in China to realize the mass manufacturing of fuel cell systems and stacks with independent intellectual property rights. Yihuatong has participated in many national fuel cell research and development projects in China, especially jointly developing early prototypes of fuel cell buses. Yihuatong has participated in the United Nations Development Programme to promote the commercialization of fuel cell vehicles in China, and has experienced an important transformation from the main technology research and development to demonstration operation and industrialization promotion of China's fuel cell vehicle industry.

Yihuatong provides and sells various fuel cell system models with different output powers. Yihuatong continues to iterate and develop 30kW, 40kW, 50kW, 60kW, 80kW and 120kW models, with the leading advantage and released the first 240kW model to the market in December 2021.

With the launch of this new model with high output power, Yihuatong's products cover a wide range from 30kW to 240kW, allowing Yihuatong to meet the various needs and multiple application scenarios of Yihuatong customers. Since launching its first commercial product in 2016, Yihuatong has sold more than 2,000 fuel cell systems to more than 19 Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturers. Yihuatong's fuel cell system is installed on commercial vehicles operated in various cities in China, including Beijing, Zhangjiakou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Zhengzhou and Zibo.
