In 1988, Xinyuan Pharmaceutical Changhua Factory passed the GMP factory inspection verification and became a pharmaceutical factory focusing on the pet field.

In order to further explore the market, Taiwan Youda introduced the Development Bao-S® series of products into the mainland Chinese market in 1998 and was widely praised by the pet industry, and in 2002, it established the Shanghai Representative Office of Taiwan Youda Co., Ltd. In order to provide better services, Shanghai Youlian Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. In 2008, the new Haipetlife natural pet food was launched! In 2009, Xinyuan Pharmaceutical built a new excellent pharmaceutical factory in the Central Science Park in Taiwan that complies with the EU PIC/S and cGMP specifications, and introduced a new automated production line. After years of hard work, the quality of Haipet® (Faobao-S®) series products has been highly trusted and praised by consumers and has a very high brand awareness. Shanghai Xinyuan Pet Food Co., Ltd. is located in Qingpu Park, Zhangjiang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Shanghai. The company was established in 2014. It is a related enterprise in Taiwan Xinyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and is also a part of Xinyuan Animal Protection Group’s global layout. Shanghai Xinyuan Pet Food Co., Ltd. covers a total area of ​​10,000 square meters, and produces pet food annually up to 10,000 tons. The company adheres to Xinyuan Group's corporate philosophy of "professional, innovative, caring and giving back", and plans the factory design with the rigorous pharmaceutical spirit of GMP.
