It was listed on the A-share market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as "Shenyang Chemical" (000698) in 1997. It is now an enterprise affiliated to the central enterprise China Sinochem Holdings Co., Ltd.

The company's main production equipment includes 200,000 tons/year PVC paste resin, 200,000 tons/year caustic soda; 500,000 tons/year catalytic thermal cracking ethylene (CPP), 130,000 tons/year acrylic acid and esters, and 300,000 tons/year poly The production, quality and production process technology of the leading products of ether polyols are among the forefront of the domestic industry, and some have reached the international advanced level.
