The company mainly manufactures and sells caustic soda, chlorine and chlorine-related products (hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite), as well as polyvinyl chloride resin products. The company's current main products have an annual production capacity of 1.02 million tons of caustic soda, 870,000 tons of liquid chlorine, 1.36 million tons of dichloroethane, 480,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride and 600,000 tons of vinyl chloride.

In Shanghai, the company has good logistics facilities and conditions, and has built two foreign-related terminals for bulk cargo and dangerous goods, with an annual throughput of 5 million tons. In Qinzhou, Guangxi, Huayi Group and Holland Fubao jointly built three 50,000-ton chemical berths and corresponding dock supporting facilities. The annual design throughput of the dock is about 7 million tons.
