Xiangfenghua was established in June 2009 and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM on September 17, 2020 (stock abbreviation "Xiangfenghua" and stock code "300890").
The company is a high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production and sales of high-end graphite for lithium-ion batteries, silicon-carbon negative electrode materials, and new carbon materials such as nuclear graphite and graphene for high-temperature gas-cooled reactors. The products are widely used in many fields such as new energy vehicles, energy storage power stations, consumer electronics, power tools, electric bicycles, etc. Customers mainly include BYD (Fudi Battery), LG New Energy, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, Samsung SDI, CATL and other world-renowned lithium battery companies. Xiangfenghua has advanced core technologies in the industry in the field of lithium-ion battery negative electrode materials, independently developed and has a number of authorized patents. The management team mainly graduated from well-known institutes such as Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is committed to "production, education, and research" cooperation with scientific research institutions. It has become a graduate practice base for well-known institutions such as Tsinghua University and Chongqing University.
Xiangfenghua now has two large graphite negative electrode material production bases with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. Among them, the Xiangfenghua base in Fujian is located in Yong'an City, Fujian Province, covering an area of 516 mu, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons; Xiangfenghua, Sichuan The base is located in Pengxi County, Suining City, Sichuan Province, with a total planned area of 750 mu and an annual production capacity of 140,000 tons. Currently, the global headquarters and "Carbon Peak Science and Technology Innovation Park" are being built in Shanghai, China, and a South Korean office is being established overseas. The global development pattern is taking shape.
