The Senying Nanjing Factory is located in Nanjing Jiangning Development Zone. The total planned area covers more than 150 mu and has a construction area of ​​about 140,000 square meters. The first phase covers an area of ​​55 mu, with a construction area of ​​about 40,000 square meters, and will be put into production in July 2020. The factory is divided into two layers of upper and lower structures. The first layer is mainly a wood comprehensive processing center and an aluminum and wood storage center. The second layer is an aluminum processing center, a finished product manufacturing center and a cost storage center. In the future, the Nanjing factory will become a comprehensive and integrated world-wide "intelligent manufacturing base" for smart production of soft and intelligent production.

In 2020, in order to respond to the national call and to make energy-saving window products with thermal insulation performance more popular, Senying innovatively proposed the concept of "aluminum-clad wood air-conditioning window" and upgraded the product technical parameters. It aims to allow more families to experience a healthy, comfortable and green living environment.
