Brand Introduction

Tongling Sanaisi Electronics Co., Ltd. has been developing and manufacturing electronic belt scales for more than 30 years. Since the state-owned enterprise reform in 1994, it has gradually established an internationally advanced electronic belt scale research and development team with dozens of patents. With the copyright and export management rights of software, a large-scale belt scale simulation field laboratory was established for the first time in China, and participated in the formulation of national standards for belt scales, contributing to the technical level of my country's high-precision electronic belt scales being among the forefront in the world.

Since the introduction of the dual-roller dual-sensor belt scale in 1983, the long-term stability and verification methods of the belt scale have always been used as the research and development direction. In 1993, the SSS/ICS-2MZ four-roller four-sensor high-precision belt scale was launched; in 2005 Launched the SSS/ICS-4MZ dual scale frame module combination (eight rollers and eight sensors) "Bulle Continuous Bulk Material Trade Metering and Verification Integrated System", and used nearly 100 sets of belt scales for trade settlement. It was listed as the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2008 Innovation Fund Project passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2012; in 2015, SSS/ICS-8MZ high-precision belt scale metering/checking integrated system was launched, and the error was made of 8 scale frame modules (commonly known as array belt scales). Within the range of %-0.2%, the long-term stability is much greater than three months, and was tested by the National Weighing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center in 2018 (the maximum error of ICS-6MZ: 0.13%); in 2019, the research and development of SSS/ICS-10MZ high Accuracy belt scale metering/checking integrated system....

So far, nearly 10,000 sets of belt scales have been used in power, ports, coal, steel, chemical, mining and other industries.
