The main line automation rate of the body workshop is 70%, and advanced processes such as laser brazing and laser flight welding, and intelligent systems such as spot welding quality group control; the total line automation rate of "overcome" reaches 100%.

The coating workshop meets the co-line production of passenger cars and commercial vehicle cabs, introduces advanced processes and equipment such as film pretreatment technology, IGBT rectifier equipment, internal power-on robots, zeolite rotors, etc., leading the domestic coating industry and environmental protection. Leading level. The core parts processing of axle workshops adopts a multi-variety modern flexible CNC equipment production line to ensure the shape and position tolerance quality of important hole systems of the product. The assembly workshop is highly automated and flexible to use advanced technologies such as lifting skateboards, EMS (automatic feeding system), and KITING (bike ingredients) to achieve co-line production of traditional power and new energy vehicles, meeting the requirements of C2B car manufacturing.
