Ningbo S.Derons Import & Export Co., Ltd.,was established as a professional manufacturer for polyester yarn and sewing thread. Located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, We have five independent legal entity subsidiaries in Yinzhou Ningbo, Shaorao Jiangxi and Yongkang Jinhua. We cover an area of over 200,000 square meters and have more than 2000 staffs. In order to provide best quality products, we have 250,000 spinning machines, including 22 settings Germany SCHLAFHORST AUTOCONER 6D, 15 Japan MURATA PROCESS CONER II QPRO PLUS, 45 settings Switzerland RIETER drawing frame D35c and RSB-D 24C, 200 settings looms, and 5 settings equipment of wax coating, plastic-coating, and dyeing. As is well recognized in the industry, we have a stable annual production capacity, which is about 25,000 tons of sewing threads, 8,000 tons of dyed yarns, and 16,000,000 meters of waxed tarpaulin and plastic-coating tarpaulin. Our major product lines are polyester yarn, polyester sewing thread, embroidery thread, poly/poly core spun sewing thread, polyester textured thread, tarpaulin, and so on.
