Founded in 1980 in Taiwan, we are the first manufacturer to supply coconut products and pocket springs to mattress factories through out the small island country. With our professional experience, high-quality control relentless pursuit for excellence. We have committed ourselves to serve our customers for over 2 decades. With the ever increasing market demands from China and worldwide, we decided to setup our overseas operation by replanting the factory to China in 1994. Within a 10 years span, we have successfully established sales contacts in Africa, Australia, Japan, Europe, Middle East, Singapore and U.S.A. Our 15,000 square meter production facility is conveniently located in Foshan City, Guangdong. We have the most modernized machineries imported from Europe to satisfy a daily production of mattresses. Our product range includes Coconut Mattress, Spring Mattress, Latex Mattress, Compressed Spring Mattress and Roll Packed Spring Mattress. In 2005, our production capacity of mattresses has reached a milestone of 12,000 pieces per month, of which 35% went to local market sector and 65% to the export market. For export market, our products are divided into 2 categories: The first one is by selling under our own brand “ROYAL” to regional distributors and the second category is by custom production (OEM) that meets our clients’ special tailored needs. Under ISO9001, Our products are manufactured with higher standard to meet International demands.
