Founded in 1997, Putian is an enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and distribution of security equipment; low-voltage, intelligent, security engineering design, construction and maintenance. There are more than 500 employees and more than 120 engineering and technical personnel of various types. It has three production bases (Yixing, Shenzhen, Nantong) and one engineering company.

In August 2017, Putian signed a strategic joint venture cooperation agreement with Shanghai Hemudu e-commerce platform to give full play to the advantages of Hemudu e-commerce platform and its domestic service network, Putian production and brand, and to promote online and offline simultaneously, and unify the Hemudu platform on the same.
