The champagne is located in the town of Epernay in the champagne area. It was founded in 1849 by Pol Roger, a champagne man from Ay. Over the next 50 years, Mr. Polojue built the winery into one of the respected wineries in the Champagne region and established its solid trade cornerstone in the UK. After Mr. Polojue's death, the winery was passed to the hands of his sons Maurice and Georges. The two brothers have their own characteristics, Morris is very willing to face the public, while Georges prefers to stay in the mixing room and tasting room, and the Pauercher Champagne continues to grow and grow in their hands.
From its establishment until 1955, the winery has not had its own vineyards. The winery already has 55 hectares of vineyards, mostly within or around Epernay. The Champagne is made from grapes produced in 18 vineyards in the Epernay area. The wine is plump, deep and mellow, with the unique vitality and exquisiteness of high-end champagne, and is one of the best. The lifespan of its treasured champagne can last up to 30 years or even longer, even longer than that of French high-end red wines. Another excellent champagne wine of this winery is Chardonnay White Champagne, which is also one of the world's outstanding white and white champagne wines, using only Cramant, Le Mesnil, and O'Nego. It is made from Chardonnay produced in Oger and high-end vineyards in the Avize area. Chardonnay White Champagne may be a sexy and charming one of the wineries that can be consumed at a young age, and is slightly inferior to the treasured champagne and the famous Sir Winston Churchill Memorial Champagne.
