The PLATINUM brand is a well-known Japanese pen brand. Founded in 1919 by the founder Mr. Toshiichi Nakada, it was formerly known as Nakaya Productions in Ueno, Tokyo. The full name of the Platinum brand is for the 1000-year-old company. In order to make the 1000-year-old company, the 100-year-old company uses PLATINUM as its brand symbol. In 1997, Platinum founded its sub-brand [Zhongwu Wannian Pen]. A collection of pen making personnel with various skills provides handmade pens that can be customized from appearance to writing feel.
