In 1971, Arthur Rudolph began to produce vitamins. Scott Rudolph, the son of PipingRock's CEO, was only 14 years old, but he felt deeply inspired. Scott Rudolph followed his father, carefully watching his operation process and learning the details of the factory assembly line. Shortly after working, Scott Rudolph discovered that he, like his father, was passionate about public health products.
At the age of 19, Scott Rudolph, who was a college student, started his own vitamin health care product company. It is done by yourself at night and on weekends until the business is booming, with the purpose of being able to better serve customers. In 1986, his father and Scott Rudolph founded NBTY (NBTY), and over the next 24 years he was able to grow into the world's largest vitamin manufacturer.
In 2011, the company ushered in another take-off and founded PipingRock Health Products Co., Ltd.
