Brand Introduction

In 1920, brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian came to Paris and began a legendary love between caviar and the City of Light. A hundred years later, their first boutique is still thriving on Maud Avenue. Today, Petrossian caviar is well-known worldwide and is recognized as the best expression of this mysterious food in the world.

The Petrossian Brothers, who were originally from Armenia, brought their ancestral knowledge and commitment to craftsmanship that have been around the Caspian Sea for centuries. In Paris, they found a keen interest in luxury, elegance and taste. The brothers quickly developed into smoked fish and other fine foods, continuing to apply their passion, strict standards and some trade secrets to the art of caviar.

Petrossian caviar grew from that single boutique to a global flair. Today, the family owns and operates restaurants and boutiques in Paris, New York and Los Angeles, and its services and customization services are the same as those offered in 1920. The brand was founded in a family business and has been maintained to this day. Mouchegh's son Armen Petrossian is currently hosting the company with the help of his sons Alexandre and Mikael. Despite being young, the fourth generation of Petrossians are still waiting for them to fulfill the family's promises.
