After more than ten years of development, the company's business covers crop seed industry, pesticides, fertilizers and comprehensive agricultural services such as corn, wheat and rice. Among the nine seed companies under the company, Henan Dishen, Jiangsu Jintudi, Zhongnong Tiantai, Shanxi Luyu, Hubei Seed and other five are "China's seed industry credit backbone enterprises". Henan Agrochemical is an advanced amide herbicide in China. A raw drug and intermediate production enterprise, Huaken International is one of the top 100 comprehensive competitiveness enterprises in China's agricultural materials distribution enterprises.

The company's seed industry technology strength is at the domestic advanced level. The company's Beijing R&D headquarters has five scientific research platforms: large ecological testing, conventional breeding, molecular breeding, biological information, and aerospace breeding. It has multiple seed industry research institutes such as Shanxi Luyu, Hubei Hesheng, Henan Dishen, and Yangzhou Modern. Biotechnology platforms have been built in Beijing, Hubei and other places; scientific research and testing stations have been established in many countries such as Bangladesh and Indonesia, and overseas seed companies in Pakistan have been established; the company has a R&D team with a reasonable education gradient and has built an open commercial breeding model.
