In 1895, Zimmerman opened an equipment repair shop in New Holland, Pennsylvania, USA - this is the origin of the name of the New Holland company.
In 1940, New Holland launched the first automatic baling pick-up baler for American farmers, which was a major breakthrough in the field of grass harvesting.
In 1947, the company was renamed Sperry New Holland, and in the same year, it made significant breakthroughs in the field of grass harvesting technology with the newly launched Haybine mowing machine.
1999 New Holland launched PLM precision agriculture solutions.
In 2014, New Holland launched a new CR combine harvester. CR10.90 harvester harvests 797.656 tons of wheat in 8 hours
