We have two factories. One of factories is founded in 1995 with a total building area 145000sqm. and invested 265million in building a new foundry and bringing in new and advanced facilities from 2013, which is 5kms from the old one and covers an area of 65000sqm. which is specialized in manufacturing wearing parts for construction and mining machines . We are top enterprise of GET parts in China and made the national standard of GET parts (GB T 25628-2010). The main products we made are GET and Undercarriage parts, including tooth, adapter, pin&lock, folk tooth, shroud, half arrow, side cutter, end bit, blade, cutting edge, track chain, roller, sprocket, idler, track shoe etc, suitable for different machines in domestic and abroad market, like USA, Canada, Germany, France, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, Japan, Brazil, Chile etc. We have the lab which is equipped with first-class Physical & Chemical testing facilities, including Optical microscope, spectrometer, Brinell and Rockwell hardness tester and MT&UT instrument etc. We test the quality of products taking from every batch in the lab, especially the hardness, toughness and anti-wearing properties. Our annual capacity is 50000Tons of GET parts and 20000sets of undercarriage parts. We have advanced manufacture facilities, like Arc furnace, AOD furnace, continuous heat-treatment furnaces and auto painting lines etc. which is the guarantee of high quality.
