Yantai Supply and Marketing Cooperative Tea Co., Ltd. is located in Yantai City, Shandong Province. It was established in 2009. It is a wholly-owned company affiliated to Yantai Supply and Marketing Cooperative and the presidential unit of Yantai Tea Association. The company initiated the establishment of the Tea Research Institute, Tea Culture Training School, Agricultural Products Company, Yantai Tea Expo Park, 2 Agricultural Service Centers, 3 Tea Professional Cooperatives and 12 tea stores spread throughout Yantai city. The company owns about 5 million square meters of tea gardens, adheres to the concept of tea tree seeds, tea area gardening, and tea garden management precision. It has now built a modern agricultural tourism tea garden integrating tea planting, processing, scientific research, tasting, popular science education, and tea tourism. . The company has invested more than 70 million yuan to build two standardized tea seedling cultivation, planting and processing demonstration bases in Longquan, Mouping and Zhaohushan, Haiyang, and introduced more than 20 national new tea tree varieties for trial planting, selecting and breeding suitable for planting in northern tea areas.
