Brand Introduction

Monini’s history can be traced back to the early 20th century. Three generations of the Monini family insist on collaborating with high-quality olive oil mills and upholding traditions to contribute extra virgin olive oil. Just like his grandfather, today, the company's head, Mr. Monini, still personally tastes the sample oils of preferred extra virgin olive oil, and serves as the ancestral teachings for customers to provide high-quality products.

Mr. Jeffirino Monini, the old man, has extracted extra virgin olive oil since he first started his own olive oil company in 1920. The climate and olive groves of Spoleto, the company's location, provide environmental conditions for olive oil production.

When most Italians were still consuming plain olive oil, old Jefferino had already started producing extra virgin olive oil. Today, the third generation of founders, Jeffirino Francesco and Maria Florida, lead the company.
