Maneti Marelli Group is an internationally renowned manufacturer of auto parts and is affiliated to the Italian Fiat Group. Maneti Marelli Group currently has five wholly-owned enterprises in China: in 1996, Guangzhou Marelli Automobile Instrument Co., Ltd. was established, with its main products: electronic instruments, body electronic modules, etc.; in 2000, Marelli Power System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established, and its main products are electronic control units, intake manifold modules (including throttle bodies, sensors, oil rails, nozzles, etc.) and a complete exhaust system containing three-way catalysts; in 2003, Marelli Auto Parts (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. was established in Wuhu, Anhui. Its main products are high-tech products such as plastic air intake manifolds, fuel injectors, speed selectors and headlights. In 2011, Marelli Auto Parts (Changsha) Co., Ltd. was established, and its main product is automotive exhaust systems. In 2012, Marelli Automotive Lighting Systems (Foshan) Co., Ltd. was established, with its main products being headlights, and a new joint venture was established in Changchun and Hefei, with its main products being power systems and exhaust systems. Over the next five years, the Maneti Marelli Group will be a successful example in China and use this as a benchmark to provide customers and suppliers with innovation in product and management behavior.
