MAQUET is a subsidiary of GETINGE AB, a Swedish listed group. MAQUET's brand represents the medical system business field. With ArjoHuntleigh, which focuses on extending the nursing field and Jieding, which focuses on infection control, the entire group focuses on developing forward-looking medical technologies.
In 2010, nearly half of the group's turnover of 23 billion euros per year was created by MAQUET. The group has 12,200 employees worldwide, of which MAQUET has 5,100 employees distributed in 36 sales and service organizations worldwide, including more than 250 sales representatives.
MAQUET has four professional departments :
Surgical Systems Department: Provides the hospital with surgical beds, surgical shadowless lights, hanging towers and complete operating room purification solutions. Products include operating beds, surgical lamps, operating room crane towers, ICU crane towers, digital operating rooms, prefabricated operating rooms, etc.
Critical Care System Department: Provides ventilators and provides respiratory treatment options for clinicians. The products include ventilators and related accessories and high-standard clinical application services.
Cardiovascular Surgery Department: Provides hospital with cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, extracorporeal circulation, cardiopulmonary support and disposable consumables. The products are used in coronary artery bypass (bypass) surgery, heart valve repair surgery, arterial hemangioma repair and extracorporeal circulation surgery.
Anesthesia System Department: Provides an anesthesia workstation with a new epoch-making structure with a strong lung protection function to the hospital, expanding the scope of clinical work in the department of anesthesia and further enhancing and strengthening the position of anesthesia in surgical work.
