Scientific tomato base management Manasi Tomato Industry Limited owns about 800 hectares raw tomatoes base in the county. The engineers and agronomists from the company are in day-to-day control and cooperation with the contracted farmers, providing the latest data on best methods of cultivation, grafting, fertilization, and harvesting. They inspect the progress of tomato plantation and keep the farmers informed on all technical subjects. Since all tomatoes come from our own tomato base, we can effectively control the cost and quality of raw material. Advanced Production Equipment and Strict Quality Control Manasi Tomato Industry Limited has three production lines in Manasi County with the capacity to process about 3000 MT fresh tomatoes per day for an annual output of over 20000 MT bulk tomato paste. Our production facilities are Large Ing. Rossi, equipped with advanced break unit, evaporator, sterilizer and flash cooler system. The company is also equipped with a fully automated repacking line including a vacuum system, thick paste high-speed filling machine, CPI cleaning system, and automatic spray- sterilizing machine. These facilities produce retail package and OEM products. In order to fully ensure the safety, health, and great tasting, we strictly implement quality management system including HACCP, ISO9001, KOSHER, HALAL and other relevant hygienic standards.
