While they were still in college, Winton Loveland and Saul Warshaw began their lifelong friendship, work and collaboration. After graduating from college, they went to work for Saul's father, who owns Atlantic Gum Paper, a company that produces gum tape. There, Saul and Winton invented a device for attaching tape to corrugated boxes.
In 1962, the two co-founded Loveshaw Company in order to manufacture and sell their invention of automatic sealed corrugated boxes. Loveshaw quickly became a leader in this field and still maintains a good position in the industry 58 years later. Loveshaw provides food sealers for the food and beverage markets, as well as products for the healthcare, consumer goods and other industries.
LOVESHAW was originally affiliated with ITW (Illinois Tool Manufacturing Company) in May 2014 and was converted into a subsidiary of Carlyle Investment Group. LOVESHAW is a company specializing in packaging equipment after 50 years. Its Little David brand is world-renowned, and various equipment is known for its reliability, stability and durability. The main products include unboxing machines, sealing machines, inkjet printers and labeling machines.
