Suzhou Liteovis Fuse Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and is the first factory invested by Liteo Group in China. It is located at No. 6 Xinghai Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, adjacent to Suzhou International Science and Technology Park. The entire Suzhou Lite factory area reaches about 9,020 square meters, and currently has about 600 employees. It is currently mainly engaged in the design and manufacturing of circuit protection devices such as tubular fuses and automobile fuses, and provides related technical services and supplies domestic markets and exports abroad.

Litte Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was established in November 2002. The company has excellent process flow and management system in the industry. It is Littelfuse's larger semiconductor production base. Litte Group built a chip factory in Wuxi in 2007.
