In 1998, it was streamlined to two independent firms, GTPLAN Building Mechanical and Electrical Design Firm and Jan Consulting. The German government has high requirements for energy conservation. Jahn Consult cooperated with Siemens and the Berlin Coal and Electricity Bureau to provide contract energy management for German buildings. The main customers are hospitals, museums and municipal projects in Germany.

In 2004, Kunshan Kaisituo Air Conditioning Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Kunshan, Jiangsu to provide comfortable and energy-saving air conditioning terminal products for the Chinese market. Using Germany's priority energy-saving and comfort concept and technology, combined with the needs of the Chinese market, we provide high-quality and low-energy-consuming building energy-saving products, and promote the LOE-EX concept in China.
