In August 2021, Consbo Precision Cutting Systems acquired MultiCam company MultiCam to provide innovative CNC cutting solutions for many industries and applications. MultiCam's product portfolio includes CNC routers, digital cutting machines, laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines and water jet cutting machines.
Since 2021, Comsbo Precision Cutting Systems is owned by OpenGate Capital, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles, California, with European offices in Paris and investments on five continents.
