The Jinlihai Biodiesel Project was established in Hebei Province in 2006 and officially put into production in 2008. It currently has more than 260 employees, covering an area of ​​82,254 square meters, and a total assets of 360 million yuan. The factory is located in the Pachigang Industrial Park, Luannan County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. It has three biodiesel production lines, with an annual biodiesel production capacity of 160,000 tons and can handle 200,000 tons of waste oil and other grease. There are auxiliary workshops such as power workshops, sewage treatment workshops, and a 15,000 cubic meters finished product storage area, a 7,000 cubic meters raw material storage area, and a more than 3,000 cubic meters product tank area to be inspected. A special export terminal and storage tank for biodiesel are built in Jingtang Port, Tangshan, with a reserve of 20,000 cubic meters. The first phase of the 10,000-ton biodiesel production line is being upgraded and transformed into a production line of 50,000-ton biodiesel production line. After the project upgrade is completed, the company's total waste oil treatment capacity will reach 250,000 tons/year, and the biodiesel production capacity will reach 200,000 tons/year.

Jinlihai Biodiesel Company has passed the corresponding export certifications such as the EU ISCC and the Netherlands DDC; and has passed the ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 system certification. 69 patents have been obtained, including 3 international invention patents, and more than 10 national patents are being accepted. Two provincial R&D platforms have been built, waste oil conversion biodiesel innovation center and enterprise technology center. In 2020, Jinlihai Biodiesel Company had an output value of more than 600 million yuan, producing more than 100,000 tons of biomass energy, replacing the corresponding fossil diesel, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 250,000 tons. 61,000 tons of biodiesel exported were settled in RMB, and a total of more than 370 million yuan was received from overseas.
