Brand Introduction

Geely Baise Mining Group Co., Ltd. was originally a state-owned enterprise in Baise City. The company was founded in 1956 and was originally Dongsun Coal Mine in Baise. Guangxi Baise Mining Bureau was established in 1995. Baise Mining Group was established in 2013. The company has experienced more than 60 years of hardship. Start a business and develop into a large enterprise group covering the development of coal, electricity, electrolytic aluminum, alumina, carbon, aluminum deep processing, ecological manganese and other industries, and build a circular economy industry that integrates coal, electricity, aluminum and ecological manganese industries. The system is a major lignite production base in Guangxi, an important national manganese carbonate base, a national green mine pilot unit, a national small and medium-sized benchmark coal mine, and a coal-fired and aluminum integrated circular economy demonstration enterprise.

In 2018, Baikong Group was included in one of the 404 pilot enterprises of the State Council's "Double Hundred Action" for state-owned enterprise reform, and is a prefecture-level municipal enterprise among the five "Double Hundred Action" pilot enterprises in Guangxi. With the help of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the People's Governments of Guangxi Autonomous Region and Baise City introduced Geely Technology Group in 2019 to carry out mixed ownership reforms for Baimin Group. After the mixed-ownership reform, all operating indicators of enterprises hit record highs, achieving the original intention of mixed-ownership reform of 1+1>2, becoming a typical case of the "Double Hundred Action" for state-owned enterprise reform, and providing a reference for mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises. After the mixed reform, Geely Baimin Group invested and operated more than 30 enterprises.
