INCOE
INCOE designs and manufactures hot runner systems that are performance-oriented to process all injection moldable plastic materials. As a leader and pioneer in the plastics industry, INCOE’s original patented design is the first commercial hot runner nozzle. The development and use of hot runner systems has promoted the development of injection molding worldwide. Design-wise, the hot runner system has been "environmentally friendly" from the beginning, reducing the use of materials and waste of by-products.
INCOE is a family-owned and operated global company dedicated to supporting the plastics industry, innovating new products and providing customers with “first-class” services is the top priority of INCOE. Supported by experienced professional teams in more than 45 countries, INCOE is committed to quality, partnerships, and it is important to bring beneficial application-specific expertise to customers.
Since 1958, INCOE has designed precision-made hot runner systems for a variety of molding applications, with a large selection of modular components to provide customized solutions for precise melt delivery. The nozzle flow diameter ranges from 3 mm (for parts weighing less than 1 gram) to 30 mm (for parts weighing or exceeding 10 kg). More than 25 gate options are available for processing of commercial or technical resins.
