The IGLOO brand was founded in the United States in 1947. It is an early manufacturer of insulated boxes and has become a brand in the refrigerator field.
In 1947, metal refrigerators were produced to provide drinking water for construction workers, oil field workers and porters, and replaced the older traditional wooden barrels. In 1967, a large 155QT large-capacity giant refrigerator was produced, which was widely accepted and used, and replaced the metal refrigerator used by fishermen in coastal areas in the early days, solving the problem that metal materials are prone to corrosion and rust spots when encountering salt water. In 1972, the increase in innovative button lid release/lock further promoted IGLOO products to popularization and general home use. After 1977, it became a well-known outdoor leisure refrigerator manufacturer. To this day, IGLOO has maintained its reputation as a large refrigerator manufacturer around the world.
