Nantong Hujiang Shipbuilding Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1979 and is one of the earliest enterprises in China to engage in door lock production.
In 1997, it first expanded its business outside China.
In 1998, the company developed a series of marine fire door locks, which was recognized by the Far East Fire Testing Center, and obtained the type certification certificate from China Classification Society (CCS) in the same year. It is a major member of the formulation of national ship fire door lock industry standards.
In 2009, a marine smart door lock system was developed.
In 2012, a maritime personnel management system was developed to provide important guarantees for maritime security.
Hujiang marine fire door locks have a market share of more than 65% in China's marine market. The products are sold to many overseas countries and regions. They are one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of ship locks.
At present, Hujiang has established 4 sub-factories and 2 trading companies, with a total number of employees exceeding 300. The main products are divided into marine fireproof door locks, marine intelligent door lock systems, marine personnel management systems; large-scale filtering equipment, ship fittings; hydraulic instrument pipe valve parts, and CNC machining center.
