Wuxi Huayi Pipeline Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and is a joint venture jointly invested by China and Hong Kong. The original site of the company was No. 103 Qingqi Road, Wuxi City. In June 2004, the new site was moved to No. 68 Chunhui Middle Road, Yunlin Street, Xishan District, Wuxi City, covering an area of about 60,000 square meters. The company's main products are prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes (PCCP), prestressed steel cylinder concrete top pipes (JPCCP), reinforced concrete top pipes (DRCP), steel cylinder concrete top pipes (JCCP), and prestressed reinforced concrete top pipes (PCP). ), concrete prefabricated components, pipe making machinery and accessories, etc., and are also engaged in the development, transfer and services of concrete pipe technology and pipe making machinery technology.
In the early 1990s, the company introduced technical experts from the American PCCP management company AMERON Company, obtained and mastered the production technology and know-how of PCCP, established a complete quality assurance system, and passed the management systems of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001. Certified; is a secondary enterprise for professional contracting concrete prefabricated components, a standing director unit of China Concrete and Cement Products Association, and a sponsor of China PCCP Quality Innovation Alliance.
The company has a complete set of PCCP, JPCCP, JCCP, PCP, DRCP design, and a complete set of technologies such as various accessories, special-shaped pipe design, pipeline configuration design, and thrust design; it also has a complete set of PCCP special equipment design, Manufacturing, installation technology and factory construction technology have more than 20 national patents. From 1994 to the end of 2017, the company provided a total of more than 3,500 kilometers of various pipelines, participated in a number of domestic water diversion projects, and established seven PCCP professional factories in domestic investment and technology output.
