In December 1992, it established Danyang Huachang Diamond Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with Hong Kong Science and Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Both company bases are currently located at No. 818, Qiliang Road, Economic Development Zone, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province.
