In 2017, Hongzhan Group entered Heilongjiang and successively invested and built six domestic technology-leading production lines in Nehe City, Jixian County, Huanan County and Bayan County to produce edible alcohol, anhydrous alcohol, medicinal ethanol, denatured fuel ethanol and DDGS feed and other products have annual processing of 7 million tons of corn, annual production of 2.3 million tons of alcohol, and 2 million tons of DDGS high-protein feed. Among them, Heilongjiang Hongzhan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Nehe City produces 800,000 tons of alcohol and 700,000 tons of DDGS high-protein feed. Hongzhan Group has an automated alcohol production line, integrating French distillation process, Norwegian evaporation process, and Dutch water treatment process. In 2018, the company passed the dual certification of ISO9000 quality management system and 22000 food safety management system, and obtained the Heilongjiang Province DDGS feed product green production materials certification. The ethanol project invested by Hongzhan Group simultaneously built a dedicated railway line, a strong warehousing and logistics system, and convenient highway, railway and waterway conditions to quickly transport products to all parts of the country.
