In order to adapt to the rapid development of the times and catch up with the pace of development of the times, in October 2013, the company invested 2 million yuan to establish a technology research and development center. After continuous efforts, the company now owns 11 patented products and has developed more than 200 new products. With the continuous increase in the group's business volume, the company invested more than 60 million yuan in September 2017 to relocate and expand the company as a whole, and completed the relocation and expansion work in November 2018.
The total area of the new factory area is 42,308 square meters and the total construction area is more than 35,000 square meters. The company currently has more than 200 employees, including 10 senior technicians, 25 intermediate technicians, and more than 60 technicians. The company invested funds to purchase more than 20 sets of advanced laser cutting machines, machine welding arms, injection molding machines, blow molding machines, automatic spray assembly lines, CNC lathes and other automated production equipment, as well as multiple auxiliary testing equipment, etc., so as to make the product process. The level has been greatly improved. After the new factory is put into use, it is expected to produce 23,000 pieces (sets) of sports equipment and fitness equipment annually.
