Hengyuan Industrial Furnace is a professional industrial furnace production enterprise. The company's team has 15 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of industrial furnaces. The company's main products include (gas/electrical) heating full hydrogen cover annealing furnace, trolley-type heat treatment furnace, box-type furnace, propulsion furnace, roller bottom furnace, continuous annealing furnace and other heat treatment equipment in the aluminum industry.
In 2015, Hengyuan Industrial Furnace reached cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences with the support of the company's own development plan and national industrial policies. A new modern and intelligent manufacturing plant has been laid out in the High-tech Industrial Park of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Jingjiang) The new plant is well located, 5 kilometers away from the Jingjiang South exit of the Jiangyin Bridge and 800 meters from the Yangtze River Deepwater Wharf.
The factory area is 30,000 square meters, of which the manufacturing and processing workshop is 15,000 square meters, and it has the production and processing capacity of 150 sets of full hydrogen cover furnaces per year. The equipment manufacturing and processing workshop is equipped with advanced and intelligent production and processing equipment.
The company and Huazhong University of Science and Technology established an industrial furnace R&D center to jointly apply for the construction of a combustion laboratory, laying a solid foundation for the company's subsequent development.
