Fujian Haoerbao New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Yuhe Group. Yuhe Group was established in 1992. It is the first group private enterprise in China that mainly operates refrigeration transportation. In 2004, it has wholly owned it with China Foreign Transportation Corporation. Shanghai established Shanghai Sino-Foreign Yun Yuhe Refrigeration Logistics Co., Ltd., now Sino-Foreign Yun Yuhe Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd., which is a state-owned holding enterprise established after the restructuring of the cold chain logistics business of the former Shanghai Refrigeration Yuhe Refrigeration Express Co., Ltd.

In 2003, the group established Fujian Yuhe Haoyue Bioengineering Materials Co., Ltd., which is the predecessor of Fujian Haoerbao New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Fujian Haoerbao New Materials Co., Ltd. focuses on the production and sale of the independent brand "Haerbao" inorganic functional coatings. It is the first professional company in China dedicated to the overall solutions for indoor confined spaces. The company is headquartered in Haixi Economic Zone, covering an area of ​​28,000 square meters. It is a "national high-tech enterprise" integrating R&D, production, sales and service.

The company has a scientific and technological research and development team led by Professor Liu Jiaming, who enjoys special government allowances from the State Council, and has established long-term cooperative relationships in production, academia and research with experts and professors from Tsinghua University, Xiamen University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, and Southern Fujian Normal University.
