Brand Introduction

Hesten belongs to Hästens Beds Aktiebolag, born in 1852, and initially made horse harnesses. At that time, harness craftsmen also made furniture. They are proud and focused on their craftsmanship, making horse harness and bedding from horsetail hair. Horses, ponytail hair, customization and craftsmanship are the traditions of Hystem. Now, these traditions still exist in all the details of Heisten and his bedding. With the advent of cars, people's need for horse harnesses has decreased, so the family gradually shifted their attention to beds. Soon, Hasten became the maker of comfortable bedding.

Since Hystener made its first bed, natural materials have occupied the core position. In 1852, cotton, ponytail wool, and linen had an advantage over any material; today, they still had an advantage, which has to be said to be a magical thing. To make full use of these materials, the method is to use manual methods. This craft tradition has made the art of Heisen's bed makers familiar with, and natural materials are crucial to all of this.

Hasten developed to this day, it is inseparable from full enthusiasm, superb technology and the pursuit of making good hand-made beds. The first generation Pehr Adolf Janson, the second generation PER THURE JANSON, the third generation DAVID STEFANUS JANSON, the fourth generation SOLVEIG RYDE and JACK RYDE, the fifth generation JAN RYDE.

The brand logo of HiSten blue checkered was designed in 1978 by Jack Ryde, the father of current executive president Jan Ryde. The latter likes art design very much, so he designed a unique new brand pattern. When his blue checkered pattern appeared at the Swedish furniture exhibition, he was widely commented by reporters. They felt that this eye-catching design was not in line with the brown, green and orange trends at that time. The blue and white checked mattress is completely different from what I knew before. Today, this blue plaid is a very wise design, and it is this design that has gradually become the definition of Heisen.

With the help of functional design and innovative textile technology, the HiSilicon Blue Checkered series has become a symbol of bedding culture and represents pure quality. Only Hystener and craftsmen can combine high-quality natural materials with bed making art. The Hystener pattern, name and icon are all registered with the Swedish Patent Registration Office, meaning that only Hystener bedding can use these trademarks worldwide. In some countries, Hysteten also registers plaids for bedding, mattresses and bedding, respectively, to obtain exclusive rights to use the pattern on its products. In addition to the blue checkered series, Hystener Bedding also offers other series.
