The company's headquarters is located in Laishui, Hebei Province, Laishui, a city-wide key cultural enterprise integrating design, manufacturing and sales, complete functional construction and complete service system.
The company was born in the summer of 1996 and was founded by Ms. Wang Chunhong, who was engaged in the restoration and production of cultural relics and furniture in the Palace Museum. In 2004, the Laishui County Guyifang Hardwood Furniture Factory was established and moved to its current location. In 2005, the Guyifang Home Culture Studio was established. In 2010, Baoding Guyifang Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was registered. After renovation and expansion, Hebei Guyifang Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in November 2013. In February 2014, it was successfully listed on the Shijiazhuang Equity Exchange with the equity code of 630002. It is the executive and director unit of the China Association of China and Hebei Parents Association, and the executive vice president unit of the Laishui Parents Association.
